EAZWV AUDIT 2015
We, Prof. Dr. Annette Liesegang and Dr. Sandra Silinski-Mehr, have checked the bank account 2015. We would like to thank Dr. Sabine Öfner, in her function as the association´s Treasurer and Silvia Nanni, as former secretary at the Secretariat Berne, for providing us comprehensive insight in the association´s bank accounts, bills and receipts received in 2015. The purpose of this annual audit was to ensure that the EAZWV`s financial management is transparent, in order and satisfactory. We have checked the receipts and banking statements. Our main findings show that, in general, the association`s accounts are managed in accordance with the principles of appropriate accuracy. Thanks a lot for this good work to Dr. Sabine Öfner and Silvia Nanni. However, the budget approved at the general assembly in Warsaw in 2014, was exceeded by 6.576.30€ without an extra approval neither by the members nor by the advisory board.
With this remark, we propose to discharge the treasurer and the board. Prof. Dr. Annette Liesegang and Dr. Sandra Silinski-Mehr Munich, 04/19/2016
