We live in the 21 st century, a century of speed that has caused dramatic changes in people’s lifestyle turning it into an unhealthy one. The main majority of the people , because of the world in which we live, have adopted unhealthy and dangerous customs beginning with their eating habits AND ending up to WITH the way in which they spend their free time. We should try to avoid such unhealthy habits, in order to maintain a healthy life as much as possible. First of all teenagers are "addicted" to "junk" food, as their best friends are hamburgers, pizza or spaghetti. Teenagers don't eat what it is best for their physical development and don't want to pay attention to all it's said about food and a healthy way of eating. On the contrary, it's also the case of the girls who keep strict diets so as to lose weight. They get to suffer from bulimia or anorexia just to be skinny as the models they read about in magazines or newspapers. Secondly, exercise and sports is essential for a healthy life. Nowadays we travel by car or bus even on short distances and spend most of our time in front of the computer. Go swimming, play ball or just take walks in the parks or in the middle of nature – that’s the best way to get rid of the stress. In conclusion , although we can’t live a perfect healthy life, we can at least try to have some healthy customs avoiding the unhealthy one’s ONES .
