For problems to do with the job ofyour local council, you can speak tosomeone called a councillor.

Scotland, Wales and Northern Irelandcan make their own laws and decisionsabout some things.
For example, health and education.

There are people a bit like MPs who canhelp if you live in Scotland, Wales orNorthern Ireland and have problems
with these things.
If you are not sure who to ask for help
You can ask a group of people in yourarea called the Citizens Advice Bureau what to do.
In Northern Ireland they arecalled MLAs.
In Wales they are called AssemblyMembers .
In Scotland they are called MSPs .
