Easy Baked Ziti Recipe Ingredients: 1.5 pound pasta (ziti, rigatoni or any tubular shape works fine) Marinara sauce, 1 jar Ricotta cheese 15 oz container Mozzarella cheese 8 oz, shredded Parmesean Cheese ½ cup grated 1 egg Fresh parsley, ¼ cup Salt and pepper Heat oven to 375 F. Boil water and cook pasta for 2 minutes less than the suggested cook time. While the pasta is cooking mix ricotta, ¾ of mozzarerlla and all of the parmesean cheese in a bowl with the egg and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste (ok if you leave it out). After pasta is done add it to a 9x13 in glass baking dish which contains ~3/4 cup of marinara sauce. Mix pasta and marina together. Once the pasta is coated, mix in the cheese mixture. Top with marinara sauce to taste (~1/2 cup) and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly on top. You can also make this ahead of time and refrigerate it for 1-2 days then pop it in the oven for ~ 1 hour.
