Motivate your family to stay healthy by leading a work out. 21 Go on a minibeast hunt in your garden/whilst on a walk. 22 Create a rainbow and stick it in your window to brighten the days of passers-by. 23 Make a thank you card for a key worker – show the NHS our appreciation! 24 Practise something that you love – drawing, dancing, painting, writing, calligraphy etc. Whatever inspires you! 25 Do some mindfulness colouring or design your own zentangle. 26 Make some paper Easter eggs and conduct your own Easter egg hunt. 27 On a clear night, gaze at the stars. Can you spot any of the constellations? 28 Write a recipe for happiness. 29 Note down all of the things that you are grateful for. 30 Make a daisy-chain if you’re lucky enough to find some!
