EAST only offers spirits within the Deluxe Beverage Package. Spirits are only available with a full mixerno shots and no doubles. At all times responsible service of alcohol is practiced. EAST will not serve intoxicated people. Packages can only be selected for ALL your guests, not a percentage.

OTHERMENU: Details must be nalised at least 10 days prior to the function so our chefs can assure the quality & availability of food.

COMPLIANCE: It is understood that the organiser will conduct the function in an orderly manner in full compliance with EAST Regulations and LiquorLicensing Laws. EAST is an 18+ venue, with no exceptions made. The Management reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable persons fromEAST without liability.

BAR ACCESS: Although every effor t will be made to accommodate your guests in our bar after your event, there are no guarantees of entry due to limitationsupon capacity. Please understand this and advise your guests.

RESPONSIBILITY: Organisers are nancially responsible for any damage/breakages sustained to EAST by the organiser, organisers guests, invitees orother persons attending the function. EAST will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise left prior to or after the function.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL: EAST practices the responsible service of alcohol on all occasions. Intoxicated individuals will not be served alcohol.

AUDIO VISUAL: Organisers are nancially responsible for any damage/breakages of equipment owned by EAST or sub-hired by EAST on behalf of theorganiser.

DISPLAYS AND SIGNAGE: Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or adhered to any wall or other surface or part of the building.

PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS: Require permission to shoot within the venue and may be required to sign a License Agreement.

CLEANING: General cleaning is included in the cost of the function. If cleaning requirements following your function are judged to be excessive, additionalcleaning charges will be incurred. Confetti and some balloons are not permitted in EAST.

SECURITY: Functions such as 18th & 21st birthdays may attract a charge for security. The preferred security company used by EAST is the only security tobe used in such circumstances. As a guide 1 security person required for 50 guests, 2 for 100.

BYO CAKES: We are happy for you to provide a cake. A $3.00pp cake cutting fee will apply. No other food or beverage is to be brought in by the customer

and consumed in the function.

DRESSCODE: A minimum dress code of smart evening /casual applies at EAST.
