    1. Creating a EASA Form Report (Note: EASA Form reports can only be made on a Picking Lists has been despatched.) a.) To create an EASA Form Report, select the ‘Sales’ module then select the ‘Picking List’ option.

    b.) From the Picking List Manager form, select and right-click the Picking List then select ‘Despatch Note’ >

    ‘EASA Form 1’ from the drop-down menu.

    c.) This will open the Create EASA Form 1 form, tick the checkboxes for the lines to create a report for then

    select ‘OK’.

    (Note: EASA Form reports will be created for each selected line.)

    d.) This will open the Add EASA Form 1 Notes where the approval type 21/145 can be selected and

    additional notes can be entered.

    e.) Select ‘Preview’ to view a preview of the report.

    f.) This will open a preview of the report. Close the preview window when you are finished viewing

    g.) Once complete, select ‘Save’.

    2. EASA Form Manager a.) To open the EASA Form Manager, select the ‘Sales’ module then select ‘Sales Utilities’ > ‘EASA Form 1

    Repots’ option.

    b.) To view/print a EASA Report from the EASA Form 1 Manager, select and right-click the EASA Form then

    select ‘View Report’/’Print Report’.

    c.) A preview of the report will be display, close the preview window when you are finished viewing.

    Details:

    1 – Approving Competent Authority/Country – CAA Name and the country the report is made from.

    2 – EASA Form 1 Report Title – Title of the report.

    3 – Form Tracking Number – Unique Tracking number counter made for the EASA Form report.

    4 – Approved Organisation Name and Address – Company Profile address.

    5 – Work Order/Contract/Invoice – Their Reference, Sales Order Number and Sales Invoice Number.

    6 – Item – Customer Item Number

    7 – Description – Product Description

    8 – Part Number – Product Item Name.

    9 – Quantity – Picking List Line quantity and unit of measure.

    10 – Serial No. – Batch Number of GRN

    11 – Status/Work – User Defined Line Type

    12 – Remarks – Remark notes and Extra notes.

    13a/14a – Approval 21/Approval 145 – Selected options when creating EASA Form report.

    13b/14b – Authorised Signature – The users signature will be displayed.

    13c/14c – Approval/Authorisation Number – Approval Reference number 21/145 from Company Profile.

    13d/14d – Name – User that created the form.

    13e/14e – Date (dd/mmm/yyyy) – Date the EASA Form was created.

    3. Viewing Voided EASA Forms (Note: When an EASA form is created for a Picking List line that already has an EASA Form report

    the older report will be voided.)

    a.) To view voided EASA forms from the EAS Form 1 Manager screen, select the ‘View’ filter then select

    ‘Void’ from the drop-down menu.

    b.) Select and right-click the EASA Form then select ‘View Report’ from the drop-down menu.

    c.) Voided EASA Forms reports will have a ‘VOID’ displayed in the centre of the report. Close the preview

    window when you are finished viewing.
