Maximo, how long does it take for Mtelligence to support such a release? - We are an IBM certified partner and verify compatibility with all upgrades and/or patches within one month of release

• Describe how EAM Adapter integrates? - Using Maximo Business Objects (MBO) via Java RMI or via “MEA” for Maximo 6.x and “MIF” for Maximo 7.x

• Does anything have to be installed on the Maximo Servers? - No

• How long does the integration usually take? - Assuming correct permissions, less than a day and approx. one week for CBM project itself

• Does licensing allow for additional DEV and QA environments without additional cost? - Yes

• Is the Windows 2008 platform supported? - Yes• What type of load does the integration put on

your Maximo servers? - Very little after install. During install it does a historical data import which puts a slight load; our import service has a configurable “paging” parameter to ensure individual queries/results are not too large.
