If needed, E.R.F.C. asked to PPs that sent their contribution to improve their sustainability plan. The most frequent requests made by E.R.F.C. are:

1. To provide an estimation of the setup costs as well as the budget needed for the operation of the pilot

2. To specify the required skills and experience needed by the staff in order to run the pilot

3. To use the common template, provided by ERFC 4. To be more specific and concrete about their answers and/or not avoid
