GENERAL NOTES

1. General

The sale of Tractors, Combine Harvester and Equipment is due to the sale of the farm by Mrs A J Jones and offers an excellent opportunity to purchase genuine second hand machinery which has been very well maintained in the farm workshop. 2. Location

North Kilworth is about 5 miles to the East of Lutterworth M1 Junction 20. Kilworth Sticks Farm is situated about ½ mile to the west of North Kilworth village

off the road to Walton and will be clearly signposted on sale day.

3. Parking Please follow the directions given by staff. Parking will be adjacent to the site of the Auction, off the Public Highway and at the vehicle owners risk. 4. Payment All lots must be paid for on the day of the sale, by cash, cheque or Banker’s Draft. Purchasers unknown to the Auctioneers wishing to pay by cheque must provide the Auctioneers with a letter from their bankers at least 24 hours before the sale, specifying the sale, date and the amount up to which their cheque will be honoured. Alternatively, Lots must stay in situ pending clearance of the cheque. 5. Removal of Lots No lots may be removed until paid for. Please produce your receipt at the gate. 6. VAT All lots will be subject to VAT over and above price unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of the sale. 7. Engine Hours Neither the vendors nor the auctioneers make any warranty regarding engine hours or vehicles mileages.
