Instead of entering the same details time and time again you can set up a favourite enquiry Steps to a favourite enquiry Find and run your Enquiry Set up the appropriate parameters in the Selection area Customise the Enquiry Select the Favourites icon Enter the name of the Enquiry Select OK Select Save Now whenever you select the Favourites icon your Enquiry will appear in the list To run the Enquiry Select the Favourites icon Select it. Select Execute

Searching

E5 Tips – Personal Query

You can personalise or customise your queries if, for example, the column you want to see is off to the right of the screen or you want to hide columns

Steps to a Personal Query Set up

Right-click on any column

Select Personal Query

Select the columns you want to display or not display

Move columns up or down

Select the tabs along the top making appropriate changesOn the last tab select Run Query

This gives you a preview

Select the Finally, Exit/Re-edit/Save Query tab

Select Save and Exit Query

Steps to a favourite enquiryFind and run your EnquirySet up the appropriate parameters in the Selection areaCustomise the Enquiry

Select the Favourites icon Enter the name of the EnquirySelect OKSelect Save

Now whenever you select the Favourites icon your Enquiry will appear in the list

To run the Enquiry
