E-WELD ShieldSystem kit
Surface protection for the support grid of
plasma- and laser-cutting machines
E-WELD Shield prevents the build-up of slag in plasma- and laser-cut-
ting, thus extending bar life times. Dispersion with protection for ceramic
assures the quality of the work pieces. The spray system makes it easy
to apply. The cut-outs rest fl at on the bars, so the laborious process of
removing the slag becomes obsolete. This saves time and costs and
increases quality reliability.

Application Apply a well-covering layer of E-WELD Shield to the new
or cleaned bars; ideally repeat the process.
Allow to dry for approx. 1 hour.
Eliminate the slag, which will be easy to remove, after
approx. 4 weeks, and apply a new sacrifi cial layer
of E-WELD Shield.
