FAQ• 1. Payment period

– Commissions for Digi & Maxis reload will be calculated in weekly basis (Mon to Sunday). We will take 7 working days processing period. The payment will either added into your top-up balance or cheque payment in every Monday. If Public holiday fall in Monday, the payment will be made in next working day.

– As for the Incentive payment, Bronze dealer will awarded RM50 on the same day as the new dealer activated.

– Celcom reload-Dealer will be getting their commission directly from their current top up. E.g. Celcomairtime, RM10, will be deducted from dealer account-RM9.30.

• 2. Customer services operating hours– - Our customer services representatives are available from Monday to Friday (9am to 7pm), Saturday
