For a one-of-a-kind reception view, our City View Ballroom extends along the river side of the hotel with

dramatic views of the Cincinnati skyline and Ohio River. This room holds up to 80 guests, and when combined with the Captain’s View can accommodate up to 150 guests. City View with Captain’s View includes the

outdoor patio space, as well.

Our Roebling Ballroom accommodates up to 220 guests with a dance floor and risers with seating for a head

table of up to 16. Brides booking a reception in Roebling Ballroom with 100 people or more may also

have use of the Captain's View room and patio (if requested and available) for a cocktail reception for the

first hour of the reception as your guests arrive at the hotel. After cocktails, your guests will return to the

Roebling Ballroom for dinner and dancing.

Our Captain's View room is perfect for rehearsal dinners and holds up to 50 guests. This spectacular room has windows on 2 sides and also features a large outdoor

patio, making a stunning backdrop for photos. Not sure where to have your ceremony?

Agreeing to These Policies & Guidelines. Please Contact Our Catering Manager Should You Have Any Questions About These Items.

Room Set Up Our Staff Will Set the Rooms with Seventy-Two Inch Round Tables for Your Guests (Seats 8 -10 per table), a Skirted Head Table for the Wedding Party, Skirted Gift & Cake Tables, Staging for Entertainment, and a Parquet Dance Floor. Table Numbers & Stands can be Provided to Reserve Tables or Assigned Seating. The Hotel May Charge a Labor Fee for Items Dropped Off Which Require Hotel Staff to Distribute or Set Up. Please Review the List of Items You are Bringing with

the Catering Department for an Accurate Labor Fee. If Unexpected Items are Dropped Off for the Hotel to Handle, the Fee Will be Determined by the Hotel Based on the Labor Required.

Menus Complete Menu Selections & Room Set Up Details Must be Submitted to the Catering Department a Minimum of 2 Weeks Prior to Your Event Date. No Outside

The Ceremony Room Will NOT Be Set for a Rehearsal the Evening prior, Unless We Do Not Have an Event in that Space 2 Weeks Prior, Or Unless a Separate, Specific Request is Made in Advance. Rehearsal Dinners, We Require a $250 Non-Refundable Deposit. All Final Balances are Due the Evening of Your Event.

Guarantees We Require a Confirmation of Guaranteed Attendance 3 Working Days Prior to ALL Functions. The Guarantee Cannot be Reduced After This Deadline. Your

Final Bill Will be Based on the Guaranteed Number, Plus Any Additional Charge. Meals Will Be Prepared for Your Guaranteed Figure; However, the Room Can Be Set for 3% Over Your Guarantee & We Will Make Every Effort to Duplicate Your Menu for Additional Guests. If We Do Not Receive a Guarantee, We Will

Consider the Number of Guests Estimated on the Catering Contract as the Guarantee.

Room Discounts & Blocks As Our Gift to You, for a Reception of 75 Guests or More, We Provide One Complimentary King Riverview Suite for the Bride & Groom for the Night of Your

Reception. We Will Also Make Arrangements for a Block of 10 Rooms at a Discounted Rate for Your Guests. For More Than 10 Rooms, a Credit Card is Required to Guarantee 80% Pick Up of the Block. All Reservations Must Be Made No Later than 3 Weeks Prior to Arrival to Receive the Group Rate.

Charges Will Apply for Extraordinary Cleaning Required by Use of Such Items Without the Hotel’s Permission

Cancellation Policy If the Events is Cancelled After the Signed Contract Has Been Received a Cancellation Fee Will Be Charged. The Exact Amount Will Be Outlined in Your

Contract. Rescheduling a Cancelled Event Does Not Remove the Responsibility of the Cancellation Fee.
