e-Procurement in Africa Region

In the last few years, the agenda has drawn lot of importance and attention in more and more countries in the region.

Use of internet in procurement is a practice in many countries.

AFTPC works closely with WBI to promote this agenda in the regional countries. Last year, the country e-procurement readiness was carried out in Kenya and Tanzania. This year in Ghana and Rwanda.

E-procurement is being embedded under the umbrella of country procurement reform programs.
