PART» |--Orders and Notiﬁcations by the Government of Tripura, The High Court, Government Treasury etc. Government of Tripura Urban Development Department No.F.6(12)/UDDIDUDI2018/(P-1)I3278-102 Dated, Agartala, the 17th June, 2019- NOTIFICATION In continuation to this Department Notification No.6(12)-UDD/DUD/2008(P-1)/6625-67 dated 18/08/2018 and No.F.1 (1 )/UDD/DUD/2018/15705-27 dated 26th February, 2019 following works under Tripura Urban Employment Programme (TUEP) has been included in Para No. 17 - in the list of Permissible works under TUEP (xi) Cleaning of storm-water drain using TUEP mandays is permissible for 4 (four) times in a i * year instead of 2(two) times. Forthis the guideline of TUEP Para 17(A) (viii) is modiﬁed. (xii) Regarding the demand of Education Department for O & M of School toilets from Urban Local Bodies, the Urban Local Bodies may deploy TUEP labour i.e. one Male for Boys Toilet & one Female labours for Girls Toilet from TUEP mandays from 10.00AM to 5.00 PM during school time. Other terms and conditions mentioned in the Notification No.6(12)-UDD/DUD/2008(P-1)/ 6625-67 dt. 18/08/2018 and No.F.1 (1 )/UDD/DUD/2018l15705-27 dated 26th February, 2019 will remain un-changed. NOTIFICATION

In continuation to this Department Notification No.6(12)-UDD/DUD/2008(P-1)/6625-67 dated18/08/2018 and No.F.1 (1 )/UDD/DUD/2018/15705-27 dated 26th February, 2019 following worksunder Tripura Urban Employment Programme (TUEP) has been included in Para No. 17 - in thelist of Permissible works under TUEP
