Who is Jesus? is the central
theme of this years WLBCChristmas Musical. Marty Parks,
who wrote the musical, states that
the divine, authoritative sovereignty
of Jesus is the reason for our
message of hope. Its the compelling
drive behind our proclamation of
peace. It explains why, year after
year, we recall the account of this
indescribable love, this revelation of
Gods glory. Jesus Light that
looked down on our darkness.
Do not miss this musical that
beautifully declares Theres only One
who could remedy our condition, and
only One who did.
December 10 & 11 at 6:30pm.
*Dont forget to invite family and
friends. They will be glad you did.

To your enemy, forgiveness. To an opponent, tolerance. To a friend, your heart. To a customer,
service. To all men, charity. To every child, a good example. To yourself, respect. Oren Arnold

Deacon of the Week: John Floyd 434.525.0464
Family PhotoAn 8-year-old girl was showing her 4-year-old sister some pictures from her Bible.
The younger sister was fascinated by a picture of Mary and baby Jesus. After
examining it intently, she asked, But wheres Joseph? The older sister thoughtfor a moment and replied, Hes taking the picture.
Many times we are asked, Who is mydeacon?
To help you, we will list the Deacon of
the Week and his list of families in the
WLBC Bulletin ENewsletter. There will
be a complete list posted on the bulletin
board near the church office. This
complete list is alphabetical by your last
name. We hope this will help you know
who your deacon is for the year. If you
have any questions, please feel free to
contact the church office.
