MSME-Sampark Portal
The MSME Sampark portal is a digital platform, wherein, jobseekers (passed out trainees / students of 18 MSME Technology Centres) and recruiters (various reputed national & multinational companies) register themselves for getting employment and getting right kind of manpower respectively.
Recruiters Point of View
One has to register in the portal with basic minimal information and need to update profile post registration, which will help them to have better reach to trainees of MSME TCs (Job seekers).
In case of any issue, they may contact the centre to expedite registration. The existing recruiters of TCs and contact centre will exchange their user credentials to their contact person. You will be asked to change your password after your first login.
Recruiters may approach contact centre for their job postings without self registration and necessary assistance will be provided in registration and job posting
Recruiters can do a candidate search without registration also, however to contact the candidate registration is must.
Candidates Point of View
One has to register in the portal with basic minimal information and need to update profile post registration which will help the candidate to have better reach to recruiters.
Candidate need to provide name, institute name & date of birth for registration. Candidates with incorrect credentials / data feeding would not be allowed to further
register themselves on the portal and access will be denied. Candidates may carry out job search without registration, however, cannot contact the
employer without registration in portal.

Meeting of Stakeholders under Ministry of MSME
Shri. Hans Raj Verma, IAS, Addl. Chief Secretary, Dept. of MSME, Govt. of Tamil Nadu
visited MSME Bhavan for the inauguration of additional block of MSME- TC. During the
inaugural meeting the Tamil Nadu State Industrial Profile- 2019 has been released by
the Addl. Chief Secretary. All the officers/ staff of MSME-DI and TC were participated in
the event. The Addl. Chief Secretary has stressed more upon the convergence by various
State & Central government institutions for providing the services to the benefit of
prospective entrepreneurs.
Meeting of stakeholders from the Ministry of MSME (MSME DI, MSME TC, CFTI, CITD,
NSIC and KVIC) was organized by MSME Development Institute, Chennai, at the
Conference Hall on 08.07.2019. Heads of Offices/ senior officers from MSME Testing
Centre, KVIC, CITD, etc were participated and discussed about the implementation of
various MSME Schemes in Tamil Nadu.

Stakeholders Meeting on Export Promotion for MSMEs
Shri. S. Dharmaselvan, Director Incharge and Shri. V. Govindraj Dy. Director appeared
for the Podhigai TV interview and expalined the financial asistance and other MSME
schemes available for the prospective and existing Entrepreenurs in the State of Tamil
Nadu and Puducherry. During the interaction with the represenatative of DD Podhigai,
the officials have cleared almost all the possible doubts on the MSME schemes. The
Director In-Charge appraised the role of MSME Development Institute and its functions
towards the enterprises development in Tamil Nadu. He also urged the public and
aspiring entrepreneurs to participate in the upcoming training programmes conducted
by MSME-DI for enhancement of technical and managerial skills.
The first Stakeholders Meeting on Export Promotion for MSMEs was organised by
MSME-DI, Chennai, on 10th July 2019. The meeting was chaired by Shri. S
Dharmaselvan, Director in-Charge. Representatives from various organizations such as
DGFT, FIEO, ECGC, EEPC, ITPO, LEPC, BoB, & MEPZ were participated in the Meeting
and deliberated on the agenda items. TANSTIA, Apparel & Handloom Exporters
Association and other prominent industrial associations were also participated. During
the meeting, the integration of MSMEs into global value chain and readiness of MSMEs
in Tamil Nadu to export their products and services are discussed. It is also decided to
bring out a common brochure to disseminate all relevant schemes for export
development in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

MSME Credit Camp with Allahabad Bank
Stakeholders Meeting on Export Promotion for MSMEs
An MSME Credit Camp has been organized by MSME-DI, Chennai in association with Allahabad
Bank for MSMEs on 8th July, 2019, at Auditorium, MSME Bhavan, Chennai, wherein Hon’ble
Executive Director of Allahabad Bank, Shri P.R.Rajagopal, participated. Shri. K R K Prasad,
Director, O/o DC-MSME and Shri. S Dharmaselvan, Director in-charge, MSME-DI, Chennai
briefed on the importance of credit to enterprises development and appealed to the financial
institutions including Allahabad Bank to sanction the MSME loans on fast track mode to
generate more employment opportunities and increasing the national output. Sanction letters
and in-principle sanctions were handed over to MSME customers by Allahabad Bank, totaling to
Rs.16.00 Crore and leads were received to an extent of Rs.2.50 Cr. MSMEs were asked to
submit fresh proposals to the branches or contact RMPC for guidance on access to credit.

network of O/o the development commissioner for the state of Tamil Nadu under the
Ministry of MSME, Government of India. The Organization was set up on 6th June 1954.
During the last six decades the Organization has worked relentlessly towards converting
the idle man power into resourceful entrepreneurs. The MSME – Development Institute,
Chennai and Branch MSME – Development Institutes at Coimbatore and Tuticorin are
providing a comprehensive range of facilities and services such as techno-managerial
services, training needs, common facility workshop, laboratories, statistical and
economic information in the state of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. MSME - Development
Institute, Chennai maintains close liaisons with State Government Departments and
other agencies involved in the promotional and development activities of the State.
