Item #1: BPI Network Twitter Posts Among some of the fun projects I was involved in, constructing engaging Twitter updates were the most rewarding. Twitter provides a live feed of viewer analytics based on retweets, favorites, and followers. I organized a system so there was a healthy mix of promoting the BPI Network, as well as the organization’s partners. I researched what kind of Tweets tend to be the most successful, as well as hashtag and retweet etiquette. I also created a systematic timing to Tweets, so they would be seen at the busiest times of day, aiming for maximum reach. Between January 2015 and April 2015, I successfully increased the BPI Network Twitter following from 126 Followers to 180.

Item #2: BPI Network Email Campaign

This was the most tedious portion of my job requirements. Every week, I would send this e-mail template to a few hundred targets who may be interested in joining the BPI Network as members. I customized a system for tracking targets, who has accepted membership, and who to follow up with after a few weeks have passed. I worked with the Program Manager to formulate an engaging letter that included recent updates to the BPI Network, as well as mentionable members. One mentionable member we acquired is the CIO of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Item #3: Hitachi Data Systems Connect 2015

Considered a high-profile task in the HDS community, I was in charge of collecting all assets and demos that were showcased at Hitachi’s annual event, Connect 2015. I was the main contact for all departments sending content that they want to feature on the Post-Connect 2015 website. This included coordination of receivables, making contact with all department heads to check accuracy of content, and identify which final assets need collecting. This website is only visible to HDS employees, so this is a sample of some of the featured assets. This website was also viewed and supported by Jack Domme, current CEO of HDS.
