This edition of Midstream’s eMagazine provides a glimpse of the seasonal activities in full colour. School activities are clearly underway and the photographic club contributed a number of items.

TENNISDOGTERS MAAK GESKIEDENISMidstream Col-lege se eerste span het die topliga in Preto-ria gewen deur met Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool, Hoërskool Water-kloof, Hoërskool Menlopark en St Mary’s DSG af te reken. Wat hierdie presta-sie nog meer indrukwekkend maak, is die feit dat Midstream se span uit drie graad 9-spelers en een graad 8-speler bestaan.

Congratulations to Zani and Lee Barnard who were selected to further represent South Africa at the African Junior Cup Under 16 event in Nai-robi, Kenya from 10-22 March 2014.

THE SPIRIT OF MIDSTREAMMidstream’s got the spirit, yes we do! Midstream’s got the spirit, how about you?

When MCPS Interhouse took place, spec-tators and athletes couldn’t predict the outcome of each of the big prestigious trophies. When one house won a shot-put event, another gathered ‘screamers’ for support on the pavilion.

After hours of gruesome competition, many layers of sunblock and litres of water, Hutton team was crowned “King of Spirit”. The Windsor team howev-er, pulled through and proudly took the athletics cup home.

Congratulations to all the athletes and supporters!
