Rodolfo “Rudy” Fernández was born in Palma de Mallorca, on 4 April 1985. Is a Spanish professional basketball player. He is a member of both the Spanish national basketball team and the NBA's Portland Trail Blazers.

Senior national team

• He played the 2006 FIBA World Championship, where he became an important player for the Spanish team, and contributed to help his team win a gold medal.

• He also played at the Euro Basket 2007, where Spain won the tournament's silver medal.

• At the 2008 Olympics Basketball Tournaments, Spain lost in the final and won silver medal.

• The Euro Basket 2009in Poland was his sixth consecutive appearance with the Spanish national team. Spain won the gold medal in a European Championship for the first time in its history.

• In the 2010 FIBA World Championship Rudy scored remarkable records, but Spain only took sixth place in the tournament.

Enric Masip Borràs was born in Barcelona, on 1 September 1969.He has been one of the best

handball players ever.

Career

• Formed in the younger categories of BM Granollers, in 1987 begun to play with the first team. After his good matches, in 1990 joined the FC Barcelona Handball winning 6 European Cups and 7 Leagues.

• Played in 2 Olympics games, 6 World Championship and 3 European Championship.

• After some years with a lot of back injuries he retired in 2002.
