Objective
With the all-round growth in commerce, international trade and manufacturing domain, there is a rising trend in commercial disputes. The institutional framework for Arbitration cases was working fine in developed countries. But somehow Arbitration forlack of accountability, transparency, costs and perhaps on account of diminishing fervor amongst the Arbitrators to dispose off thecases swiftly is not gaining the desired momentum. The Summit will endeavour to come out with a road-map for a positivemomentum.
