Dear Ms. Gallagher:
Re: Center for Constitutional Rights v.Department of Defense, et. al.S.D.N.Y. ll-cv-03533
In your June 22, 2016, letter you requested a segregability review of eight documents consistingof thirty-four pages of e-mails from and to the United States Coast Guard Atlantic Commanddated from June 2 to June 5, 2010, which were originally withheld in their entirety. All thirtyfour pages are now being produced (DHSCoastGuard 0835-0868) with redactions made pursuantto exemption b(5) (deliberative process and attorney-client privileges) and exemption b(6)(personal identifiable information.) You may note that some of the documents have yellowhighlighting. This highlighting is not original to the documents, but is an artifact of the reviewprocess which we were not able to remove.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please feel free to contact meat (202) 372-3733.
Sincerely,
~EU.S. Coast GuardChief, Office of Claims and LitigationBy direction of the Commandant

Thanks to everyone who participated in the call. LANT has for action and willwork with Intel folks to develop UNCLASS traffic to keep chain of commandupdated and informed. There are myriad issues in play here. ACTEUR willcontinue to engage Cyprus to clarify facts of the current situation.
With LANT provided information we can work inter-agency issues as required/requested.

Eric,I called the National Command Center (HQ) to find out if they had any new info(location specifically) on this vsl. They did not - I have copied them on this email. My next step is to get contact info for Port State POC's in Cyprus andGreece should we need to interact with them at your direction (I don't wantmultiple CG reaching out to them at the same time). I'll stand by for furtherinfo. My cell and desk number are listed in my profile.Jack
