Who we are: Joslyn Manufacturing was founded in 1946, creating a niche in the agricultural

manufacturing business, and progressing into thermoforming in the 1970’s. Since

that time we have grown to over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space and

specialize in both heavy gauge and thin gauge thermoforming.

As an industrial thermoformer, we process parts for a wide variety of industries

including OEM manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, and POP displays.

Our 10 thermoformers are capable of forming from .010”-.500” thick materials and

sheet sizes up to 168” x 132”. With both heavy gauge and roll-fed inline thin gauge

equipment, we have created a unique presence in the industry to meet every need.

Parts are trimmed to exact specifications on any of our five, 5 axis CNC routers or

7 cutting presses with up to 250 tons of cutting force.

Contact us today to see how we can meet, or exceed your expectations for quality

parts, on time, with unprecedented service in our industry.

Envision:

We understand that all customer projects are creations that require a lot of time and effort. Communication of ideas is a critical part to

starting off every project right. We like to offer design recommendations and assistance in selecting the right materials and tooling to

enhance the product intent and quality that will service your needs.

These experience based recommendations go a long way in providing a synergy in the production process. Based on goals set by the

design, our interactions with the customer are one way in which we work in partnership to meet your needs.

In-house CAD and tool making capabilities allow us to work with our customers and solve problems prior to production. We collaborate

via an ftp site on large files without limitations.

Achieve:

We fully realize the importance of the final product for our customers. On-time delivery and quality of product are what we focus our

attention on throughout the process. To achieve this, all of the products that we manufacture are stepped through our quality control

process, involved from the very beginning, to assure that all of your needs are met.

That care goes beyond just the manufacturing, and extends to the shipment of the product and the management of inventory. We offer

many choices of value added services to enhance our partnership with our customers.

Our 100,000 sq/ft facility is kept clean and well organized to facilitate the production and inventory management of the quality products

we are entrusted to produce. We maintain a focused effort in process improvement and company re-investment.

Our engineering and production staff have both an extensive and diverse background in our industry and we understand and welcome

the challenges of new projects and opportunities. We are versatile and flexible and look forward to working with you on your next new

project. Contact us today to see how we can help you succeed.

Create:

Bringing ideas to life is an incredible satisfaction for us. Long periods of time finally culminate in the design becoming an actual part

ready for trial. In many instances this time is a critical factor when bringing a product to market. We are here with the ability to do proto-

type tooling in-house for a quick turn around to reduce time to market introduction. It is our goal to exceed our customer expectations.
