Senior Human Recourses Manager (Basil Read Mining)
My Current job title with Basil Read Mining is Group HR Manager, I have the following departments reporting directly into me:

I am currently overlooking projects in the following areas / countries (I have HR representatives in these areas that assists me):
Namibia – Thumeb copper mine project, this is a 5 Billion rand project that kicked off in June
2014, this project when in peak will have a staff compliment of 700 employees Botswana – Jwaneng diamond mine, small project 150 employees Botswana – Lethlekane diamond mine, small project 87 employees Botswana – Maun Boseto Copper mine, medium sized project, 210 employees Venetia – This is a diamond mine located in Limpopo (All Days) this project does a 7 million turn
over a month and have a staff compliment of 589 employees. Beeshoek Iron ore mine – This project is based in Northern Cape, with a staff compliment is 45
employees Then I overlook various small drilling project in the Gauteng area

was used in the decision of implementing a second maintenance team. Because of the details that I have put into
the time study, it was found that there is no need for a second maintenance team, but only some minor changes
