To access e-AISchool, please enter our school website atlantic-school.ru.Click on the icon at the bottom of the main page or go to About AIS and select e-AISchool. You will see the page below.

E- AISchool is a single data base solution allowing all academic infor-mation to be stored in one location meaning no more “doubling up” of records. It is a web-based system which can be used worldwide.

Once you are logged on, you will see the main page (above). The func-tions of all tabs are described in the in the pages that follow.

1. Here you can track details of the transactions and payment schedules of school fees.

2. This is where you can simply send a message to a member of staff. Once you have clicked the button there appears a text box and a list of staff members. Please note these are saved in “Messages”.

3. This section allows parents to monitor their child’s attendance and academic achievements, to view class activities and check homework assign-ments. Exam results are also recorded

here as is progress in individual lessons.

4. Click here to change a password, or if you have forgotten it, contact the school secretary for help.

5. Here you can find all the latest news and learn about forthcoming events.

6. This tab allows access to your child’s timetable.

7. Open this tab for a brief overview of the teachers’ learning plans for the week.

8. It is envisaged that in time this section will grow into a huge database with easy access to school policies, hand books and links to recommended educa-tional sites, games and printable materi-als.

9. Here, parents are provided with an up-to-date school menu. Parents of pre-school children will be able to track what their offspring are eating.

10. Clicking on this tab allows you to make appointments with the school staff; the psychologist, class teachers, subject specialists, head teacher and director. Check through the dates to find one that suits you.
