Supply and Agriculture • Support the WQCD’s proposal to apply Molybdenum standard

for Agriculture to Segments 3 and 14• Existing water quality meets all applicable and proposed standards• Molybdenum data from 1970s during historical operations at Climax

exceeded the proposed standards (360 ug/L East Fork near Camp Hale)

• Consistent with decreed uses for Eagle Park Reservoir, the East Fork of the Eagle River, and downstream uses

• Molybdenum data from 1970s during historical operations at Climax exceeded the proposed standards – Kokomo Creek in early 1970s – 86,000 ug/L total molybdenum
