Filling inTDS

To facilitate the preparation of the TDS, itsclauses are numbered with the samenumbers as those corresponding to ITT

ITT 33.2 The Tender Validity period shall be 90days.

17.1 The effectiveness conditions are the following:

The Contract shall be effective from the date the Consultant receives the

Advance Payment[List here any conditions of effectiveness of the Contract, e.g., receipt by Consultant ofadvance payment and by Client of advance payment guarantee (see Clause GCC 53. Ifthere are no effectiveness conditions, then state so above]
