SPD Compatible Sneakers
What and who is DZR?
Simply put, DZR was born out of a passion for riding–nothing more, nothing less. Our path stems from a lifetime of riding the four corners of the world, passionately engaging in every discipline from dirt to pave-ment, and the thin lines between. We’ve lived in many places and called a number of them home. It is with this nomadic lifestyle, and a dedication to product design and development that we introduced DZR. The concept of our shoes was born in the Swiss Alps and it is the answer to a simple need–that of balance in life both on and off the bike.
Through exhaustive research, we’ve found SPD sneakers to be the solution for those who want to have a traditional, and comfortable riding experience, but don’t want to walk around like they’re wearing clown shoes.
This isn’t to say that we don’t love our ‘clown shoes’, nor is it to say that we don’t spend a ridiculous amount of time wearing them. But a traditional performance bike shoe has its time and place, and neither of them should have to involve getting to work, a movie, or even to the store to find a perfect avocado.
