    Mr. Douglas W. Bryce was selected for the Senior Executive Service in February 2010. He serves as the

    Deputy Joint Program Executive Officer for Chemical and Biological Defense and provides acquisition

    management and professional leadership on complex management issues related to joint service chemical

    and biological defense acquisition programs. He participates in all aspects of planning, directing,

    managing, coordinating, reporting, and evaluation the Joint Program Executive Offices mission and heshares responsibility for the development, acquisition, distribution and deployment of highly specialized

    and dynamic joint chemical and biological defense devices, as well as medical diagnostic systems, drugs,

    and vaccines.
