1. Supervises and directs all school personnel in anelementary school with at least 11 to 29 teachers.
2. Leads in the development and implementation ofall educational programs in the school.3. Promotes the efficiency of teaching and learning inall classes through in-service training, observations,
visits, etc.

4. Coordinates all services for the wholesome growthand development for all pupils and other personnel inthe school.5. Leads in the evaluation of achievements towards thegoals of the school in relation with the district.6. Directs the organization of classes, determines and

Primary role is, with the principal, to analyze student data

B. CLUSTER GROUP PLANNING ANDIMPLEMENTATION
1. Develops the long-range cluster plan, weekly clustergroup meeting records and activities with othermembers of the leadership team.
