The new mobile DUSTOMAT 4 dust extractors feature more suction power and greater energy efficiency. In practice, this means increased performance with less electrical power and compressed air consumption.The range of applications still covers the majority of process areas in which the removal of undesirable dusts and chips is required. The new DUSTOMAT 4 dust extractor generation is equipped with efficient IE2 motors that achieve a high degree of efficiency in combination with the powerful impellers. The innovative ventilator housing is designed in accord-ance with the latest state of fluidics technology, and pro-

vides optimum airflow. Thanks to the intelligent control technology, the suction power can constantly be adapt-ed to current requirements of the unit.With the DUSTOMAT 4 model series, ESTA are setting new standards in extraction technology and introducing one of the most energy efficient suction units onto the market.

The mobile 90 litre dust collection drawer can also be transported using a lift truck or fork lift.

The top of the filter module is hinged so as to provide convenient access for service and maintenance work.

The FILTOWER series is also available in the ESTAeco+ ver-sion for maximum efficiency and safety.

The newly-developed ESTA EasyControl device control is used here. It offers power savings of up to 50%.
