Identifies current and future opportunities Participates in concept development and chartering Provides project requirements and funding Provides project team with resources Implements any process-related business changes Specifies service level agreements Helps update user documentation and training materials Reviews and signoffs on project deliverables Prioritizes change requests

Process & Technology Group (PTG) The PTGs have responsibility for

managing and coordinating overall development and implementation. As issues come up, business partners will interact directly with resources in ITS, but their PTG representatives will remain their primary contact.

Provides Ford Motor Company with world-class services for IT Solution Development, Deployment, and ongoing Management.

Ford needs leaders…global leaders. The FCG Program is designed to:

strengthen the graduate’s business acumen and technical skills;

provide rapid exposure to various Ford business activities (like in Finance or as part of a Program Vehicle Team); and

allow the graduate to gain a basic understanding of the Company’s culture and organization.
