We have 20 beautiful overnight rooms – the perfect place for yourout-of-town guests or for you to spend your wedding night. Our team looks forward to working closely with you to plan a memorable event foryou and your guests. And, we will be there every step of the way so that you can relaxand enjoy your special day. We’ve included some sample menus for you to consider –you may find the perfect one in what we’ve offered. But, we are glad to work withyou to customize further.
We offer two types of events at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden. Reception styleevents are great for mingling and keeping an exciting flow to the celebration whileincorporating heavy hors d’oeurves and delectable stations into your menu. Seateddinners are special for the most formal of occasions where your guests will be treatedto three courses. We are glad to accommodate any of your guests who have specialrequests including delicious vegetarian entrees. For a modest additional charge, youcan give your guests a choice of two entrées in advance. We can also offer awonderful duo entrée where each of your guests can enjoy a wonderful pair ofentrées, the perfect answer to the tough question, “How will I ever choose?”
We have also developed several beverage packages including some special weddingday cocktails. For a small handling fee, our professional planning staff can alsoarrange for all your rentals and other needs such as flowers, linens, tables and tents.This is a good investment to help make sure your special day goes perfectly.
For our catering at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, we ask for a $65 per person foodand beverage minimum.
Our Gift to You
Whether you choose a reception or a seated dinner, we include full coffee service anda complimentary champagne toast at no extra charge. If you choose a seated dinner,our Chef offers you a special Amuse course as his gift to you.

& 8.25% North Carolina Food and Beverage Tax.
Service StaffService Staff, including Bartenders and Chef Attendants,
are billed at an hourly rate of $22 an hour.Hours billed will include travel time, setup and breakdown time
as well as scheduled event time.
China and Rental FeesPlace setting for a three course plated dinner including
house Ivory China with gold trim, flatware,stemware and cloth napkin.
$5 per guest
China, when applicable, and Rental Equipmentwill be determined by the Catering Director prior to
the event date and this charge will vary from event to event.
