Not entirely unlike the former Inside Magazine, we expect this new, improved publication to inspire, empower and give you another resource by which to help grow your DubLi Network business. We hope that you use it as a means for investing in your success and your future with DubLi Network. Inside DubLi will be published 4-5 times per year.

The outline of each edition will vary from subject to subject and format to format based on key happenings and events occurring through DubLi Network around the world. With one aspect you

can rest assured, the content will be valuable and thought-provoking and will help you take your DubLi Network business to new heights. With this new revised version, we hope to provide you with tools and tips toward achieving your leadership goals, determination for continuing on in your growing and thriving DubLi Network business and help you to identify your own personal values and responsibility by the insights offered by other DubLi Leaders. At DubLi Network you are in business for yourself but not by yourself and we hope that you read and appreciate the guidance provided by the leader interviews, the recognition and awards you see from your team members and other DubLi Network Business Associates and the offered insight into building your DubLi Network business.

In this first edition we will also include highlights from the Dubai Summit 2014, an overview of our new Landing Page system for Business Associates and an explanation of the success of DubLi’s Partner Program thus far.

Dream The Dubai Summit 2014 was a mesmerizing event filled with education,

new developments and lots of fun. Team DubLi is truly gratified by the overwhelming response from those who attended and for all the new

announcements and presentations.

The event featured three action-packed, fun-filled days with Business Associates and guests from over 26 countries, many of whom are new to DubLi Network and who have started building organizations in their resident coun-tries far in advance of DubLi’s official launch in those countries. From the many interviews with new leaders to the entourage from India enjoying the sounds of Bollywood in the desert to Thomas Schmitz humor as the MC, lots of fun was had by all!

As presented by Michael Alexander and Andy Nakashima, of the most notable interest was the introduction of the new enhanced com-pensation system, also known as D2G2. This

new system is not replacing the old compensa-tion system but rather is an enhanced comple-mentary system to reward Business Associates by providing a more lucrative and immediate earnings opportunity. This plan marries the best attributes of the three typical network marketing compensation plans with two added features, global matching bonuses and a glob-al bonus pool. The new Tri-BRID system will commence in November, 2014.

As Michael Hansen noted in his opening re-marks, “be at the right place at the right time.” DubLi Network is an even better place to be now than ever before in our 11 year his-tory!

Day one ended with a lovely cruise through the Dubai Marina. The cruise featured a buffet of Middle East cuisine and lots of great conversa-tion and company. The cruise started in the late afternoon and every one enjoyed the oppor-tunity to see the sunset over the magnificent Dubai skyline.

To assist our valuable Business Associates in growing their organizations even faster, DubLi announced it will be launching a landing page program available to all DubLi Network team members. The event showcased a presentation by Irek Gronert, Founder of Tradebutler, who will be hosting the landing page program for DubLi Network. Mr. Gronert explained that over 500,000 people are searching on Google in Germany alone each month for the same types of income producing opportunities of-fered by DubLi Network. The new landing page program is an all-encompassing system that allows Business Associates to send landing

pages out to potential prospects and provides a full follow-up system, online videos and pre-sentations and a variety of valuable resources to help track, maintain and manage contacts and prospects. There will be a variety of land-ing page options to choose from depending on the prospect, prior interaction and com-munication and their level of interest. There are system emails built in as well as ongoing webinars that allow Business Associates to track how much time a prospect spends in the BA’s personal system. The system will initially be available in English and German with the rollout to other languages in coming months.

It was announced that starting on November 1, a new monthly qualification system will go into effect. Business Associates will select the amount of monthly V.I.P vouchers $99. $198, $297, etc. For every three V.I.P.’s activated each quarter, the BA will earn one share into the global customer bonus pool. DubLi will

also match each amount from the global cus-tomer bonus pool and give free units in the new worldwide marketing campaign.

Krista Paul, DubLi’s new Vice President of Marketing, presented the new marketing plan which is free to all BA’s who qualify. The pro-gram will be run by Krista and her in-house team of marketing experts. The program will bring customers that will translate into higher commissions for Business Associates. DubLi is partnering with top tier firms in Lead Gen-eration and has strategic relationships with powerhouses to bring new customers to DubLi Network Business Associates. These strate-gic relationships will bring traffic to DubLi from over 90 countries around the world. In addition, Krista’s team will be partnering with successful blogger networks, deal sites, social media experts and with firms that are the fore-most leaders in PPC, contests, games and in-centives to drive even more traffic. As if offer-

ing the new marketing plan was not enough, DubLi will also be offering an extra incentive to each customer who registers through the BA marketing plan…. each new customer that reg-isters and makes a purchase will receive a gift certificate as an incentive from DubLi. Again, these gift certificates will not be available to the regular customer who registers on DubLi.com, only to those customers who register through the BA Marketing Plan providing a higher converting customer pool by which BAs will earn additional commissions. These bonus in-centives at purchase provide a 50% increase in conversions. Krista also announced a new email newsletter program which will be customized and targeted based on customer preference and behavior. The new global email system will

all fees in conjunction with Cashback distribu-tion to customers, meaning that there will no longer be any transaction fees for customers to remove their Cashback from the Cash Or-ganizer. In addition, a new customer support framework, by Zendesk, is being deployed. This new system is the most sophisticated of its kind and will be implemented to streamline ticket management and provide a wide variety of self-service functions so customers can find an immediate response to their queries. This system allows for greater communications lev-els and provides high-end customer satisfaction reporting and measurement. To increase usabil-ity and ease regional country selections, cus-tomers will soon be prompted with a regional greeting based on their Geo-IP. Upon regis-tration, customers will be asked to select their “primary” mall so as to ensure they are shopping from the appropriate mall and will not miss their Cashback opportunities. While the rollout of the new “My Account” section is already un-derway, several new features will be added over the coming months including optimized content

include customized landing pages and mobile optimization. According to McKinsey & Com-pany, email marketing is 40 times more efficient than Facebook and Twitter combined and the number of email users is expected to increase from 2.5 billion to 2.76 billion by 2017. In helping our valued Business Associates to make more money, Krista also announced that DubLi will be introducing a new customer referral program, a new blogger affiliate program as well as a mobile app and a variety of new mer-chandising and cross merchandising efforts.

In keeping with DubLi’s consumer-centric model, several new announcements were made with respect to DubLi.com. Michael Hansen announced that soon DubLi will start waiving

and display of “Achievements.” Most interest-ingly is the new feature that will highlight Cash-back, motivating customers to upgrade based on predicting potential V.I.P. and Premium Cash-back amounts for those customers who do not yet own a DubLi membership.

Day two ended with the infamous desert safa-ri. Attendee’s enjoyed the dune rides to arrive at a feast and party for the masses in the mid-dle of the desert. With lots of dancing, camel rides, 4-wheelers and belly dancers, the party could have gone on forever. Everyone thorough-ly enjoyed partying with their colleagues from

around the world in such an unusual and exciting environment. Germans dancing to Bollywood tunes with the Indians, the Danish showing the Americans how it’s done on the dance floor, and the drones flying overhead throughout, it was truly a festivity for the record books.

Day three of the Summit opened with Alex Petrilak, CMO of the DubLi Partner Program, who explained that the Business Associates who are most successful with the Partner Program are those who are most knowledgeable. During his presentation he highlighted the distin-

guishing characteristics between the pre-sale, which includes education and Partner registra-tion, and the post-sale, which is where BAs and Partners earn their money through the trans-ference of knowledge that results in customer monetization. He reminded Business Associ-ates that the reason why DubLi has always been so successful in education is because it’s the path that is required to be effective with an in-formed audience. Furthermore, knowledge and education provides the best Partner/Customer experience with results in a “win-win-win-win” for all involved in the process: DubLi, the BA, the Partner and the customer. To be successful

with DubLi’s Partner Program it is imperative that all BAs take the Partner Program Sales Certification course through DubLi Academy as it lays the foundation for the Partner sale and provides valuable information and insight into speaking the language Partners need to hear.

The two new courses to DubLi Academy that Alex announced at the event have since launched and we are amazed by how many Business Associates have already completed these new training tools. The new post-sales certification training course not only reviews

relationship manager on the account to pursue an aggressive, ongoing marketing agenda with the Partner. The Partner Program requires consistent, repetitive and frequent communi-cations to the Partners customers in order to achieve success. Alex reiterated the fact that the Partner has to make a commitment to market-ing their program from the onset. Statistical-ly it has been proven that it takes a consumer 5-7 impressions before they truly engage with a new product or service and many time 7-12 impressions before they actually take a verified action. As such, the Partner has to be willing and able to provide a continuous stream of marketing outreach to their constituents in or-der to experience measurable results from their DubLi Partner Program.

He also introduced new materials that will be available shortly in the DubLi Network back office including the Welcome Package that is sent to each Partner within 24 hours of reg-istration and serves as an all-inclusive manual for new Partners to learn more about DubLi quickly. This document also includes a variety of marketing materials that Partners can use to introduce their Partner Program to customers. A tutorial has been created for BAs to learn more about the Partner Program back office, how it works and what Partners receive upon activation in terms of metrics, tools, marketing materials and other valuable information that will assist them in jump starting their programs.

The second new course, called New Partner Follow-up, is designed to arm Business Associates with all they need to know following Partner registra-tion including an overview of the Partner’s back office, how to handle follow-up meetings with the Partner and how to lay the foundation for the Partner’s marketing plan.

A new video has also been created that explains “Why a prospect should become a partner”. The video is a powerful and comprehensive pre-sale tool in the BA tool arsenal and is available on DubLi TV.

Alex spent quite some time discussing how it is after the Partner registers when the real work for the BA begins and it’s the BA’s job as the

Alex concluded by reiterating that knowledge is key. With it, you own everything that can be transferred to the Partner to be successful HOWEVER, the BA must assume the role of account manager, working with an agreed upon plan with the Partner, in order to effectively monetize the customer database and grow rev-enues for all.

Following Alex’s presentation, Bicky Carla, Executive Vice President-Business Strategy provided two case studies of successful Part-ner Programs, Cashback Arabia by Etisalat and DooCashBack by Doodle Worldwide. Bicky highlighted the importance of understanding the opportunity, the customer and their role in the Partner Program process and explained that

initially the Partner must commit to a budget, resources, a multi-channel marketing platform and how the Partner must optimize their in-herent core values, strengths and skills through the Partner Program to achieve success. He discussed the success of Cashback Arabia as a result of this commitment to marketing, using multi-channel marketing vehicles and leverag-ing Etisalat’s reach throughout all its customer communications.

The principals of Doodle Worldwide were in attendance to introduce their own Partner Pro-gram, DooCashBack. They discussed how they are using their expertise as online marketers to access their various databases and provide mul-tiple communication and marketing tools on a frequent and repetitive basis to grow their Part-ner Program. They explained how they are us-ing a combination of email, social media, SEO, blogs and mobile to reach their potential cus-tomers with appropriate and fresh messaging about the program and its value to the consumer.

Prior to concluding the event, DubLi took the time to recognize all its new leaders from around the world. All new Team Leaders, Team Coor-dinators and Sales Directors were recognized as well a new award, Founding Members, was created to recognize Business Associates who reside in new markets for DubLi such as India, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore and who reach the rank of Sales Director within six months of these new markets launching. These Founding

Michael Hansen announced the rollout plan for DubLi Network going forward including open meetings in all big cities around the world, fast start trainings every month, a big regional event every second month with world-class trainers and one corporate international event each year. Michael explained that the purpose of increas-ing the number of events each year is to create uniformed communications throughout DubLi Network around the world and to provide the same level of support to all Business Associates regardless of where in the world they live.

For those BAs who were Sales Directors and above and their personal guests, day three end-ed with a private after party at the residence of Michael Hansen. Guests were transported to the private home of Michael Hansen and wel-comed with hors d’oeuvres of a wide variety. A barbeque pit was available poolside for those who wanted to indulge in delicious hamburg-

ers and, of course, an exquisite offering of dec-adent desserts was provided. Many party goers enjoyed the wet bar to quench their thirst in the hot desert heat which led to much creative dancing from the sounds of the DJ who provid-ed the right ambience. It was a fun-filled eve-ning for everyone to relax and enjoy the com-pany of their fellow DubLi Associates and a perfect way to end an amazing event in Dubai.

How long have you been in network marketing/direct selling and what made you come into this industry?I have been in the network marketing/direct selling in-dustry for a little over a year now. I understand the power of residual income and this industry certainly provides the opportunity to create re-sidual income.

How did you hear about DubLi? What made the DubLi Network oppor-tunity so appealing to you?I was introduced to DubLi through a friend of mine. I was not looking for anything at that time, however, I’ve learned to be open and alert to business opportunities. The most important thing that attracted me to DubLi is the win-win model for everybody involved. During my career as an entrepreneur, I have seen many business models that are based on a one-sided benefit. I am not aware of another company that is as business friendly as DubLi. Rather than compete with other companies, they collaborate and benefit all parties involved.

Which parts of the DubLi Network business do you think have the potential for the most growth in the future? Why?The DubLi Partner Program is a very attrac-tive and effective way for-profit and non-profit organizations to not only create an additional

source of income but also the ability to tap in to their warm market with potentially hundreds of thousands of people. The Partner Program is the most innovative way to offer additional benefits to a Partner’s customers and market their brand without spending millions of dol-lars on advertising. How has the DubLi Network business opportunity empowered you? What milestones have you reached in your DubLi Network career so far and what

are the next milestones you are going for?Building a sales team has as-sisted me in earning a leader-ship position. I love working with people and believe that the most powerful thing I can do to change or impact the world is to change my own beliefs about the nature of life, people, and reality, to something even more posi-tive and then act according-ly. I love to challenge and compete with myself. I have reached the position of being the First Woman Vice Presi-dent in North America and now aim to become the First Woman Senior Vice Presi-dent in North America by the end of 2014.

How do you handle/manage DubLi business on a day-to-day-basis?I organize my professional life by spending time on what is important not just what has land-ed on my desk. I delegate in all directions and focus on the activities I enjoy the most. I con-sider myself a great networker and recruiter. Each day I identify and set measurable short- and long-term goals to ensure I accomplish what needs to get done. Putting information in front of people and delivering the DubLi business opportunity is a fundamental part of my daily activities; besides supporting my team and helping them to achieve their own individ-ual goals.

What drives you and how do you moti-vate your team?I was blessed with amazing parents who pro-vided me with abundant life. As a single mom of three beautiful girls, I always wanted to bless my girls with a life where our choices are made by a decision of desire. I never wanted money to dictate what we can or can’t do. My stron-gest desire is to provide the best possible life for my girls, keeping me on my toes every day. I am grateful to be part of the DubLi business which allows me to fulfill my financial desires. Everyone has a purpose in life, a unique gift, or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to oth-ers, we experience the ecstasy and exulta-tion of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals. Any-thing that comes from a place of luck has an energy-lowering im-pact on mind, body, and spirit, making us overcompensate in self-destructive ways. Being aware of that enables me to see and bring out the best in people. I attempt to connect and commu-nicate with my team members frequently and openly. I demand that my team mem-bers bring me solu-tions to problems, not the problems themselves. The former motivates and empowers them; the later are major down-ers for all involved. I encourage and empower my team to decide how to go about their work/goals within the guidelines and expectations we define. Encouragement and reward is vital for my team. It takes a great person to extend grace and kindness, and it takes someone extraordinary to be a mentor. I have been blessed to be mentored by someone who is not only an ex-ceptional business role model but also an inspiring human being. Someone who understands the im-portance of being a good person first and foremost and has complete confidence that the rest will fol-low. Observing the entire dance from beginning to end and knowing why each step was taken is a lesson that few people are fortunate enough to ex-perience. Michael Hansen, the Founder and CEO

of DubLi, and Buck Reed, Vice President of DubLi and top trainer in the world, have been very positive influences in my professional life as well as on a personal level. They both en-couraged me to learn by example, they have given me the space to be an individual, and the time to make my own way. They consistently exhibit the wisdom to steer, and have the dis-cipline to correct error. This has inspired me to make each of these characteristics a part of my work own ethic. Michael taught me to always step back from a

situation, be neutral and be proactive. I feel fortu-nate to be influenced by Buck’s relentless positive attitude which is very contagious as he inspires others to be better and more effective individuals.

Describe how you lead by example.My top values, based on experiences of happi-ness and fulfillment, are honesty, accountability, generosity, excellence, honor, inspiration and determination. support, the organization I lead, the needs of the people I serve and greater good are import-ant to me. When making decisions I always ask the question ”Would I be happy being on the receiving end of the decision or action?”

What do you do to celebrate new achievements or successful days?I consider myself well-rounded and a bal-anced person however I constantly have goals, meet them and immediately move on to the next item on the agenda without some-times even taking a moment to acknowledge my success. I am still learning every time I reach a new milestone to take a moment and acknowledge it.

When you look out 5 years into the future where do you see yourself and your DubLi Network business?I feel like the sky is the limit for what the DubLi business represents for me. This is the first time in my career that I absolutely love what I do. My goal is to earn $3 million dollars per month in residual income. My organization already has a wide reach around the world. I see myself traveling around the world and making a great impact in people’s lives. much than what I was earning at my day job and continues to increase every day. How do you handle/manage DubLi business on a day-to-day-basis?Though DubLi is an online business, I prefer to meet with people personally. I am a people per-son by nature and believe that my excitement and vision is best shared in person. I believe a leader is only as good as their most challenged team member so I spend considerable time working with my team, particularly when they are experiencing a challenge. My daily routine consists of handling 40-50 phone calls with and for my team and holding multiple in-per-son meetings with new prospects. I also like to schedule frequent training workshops with my team as I believe that skill development is a continuous part of long-term growth in any endeavor in life.

What drives you and how do you moti-vate your team?The innate desire to help other people and ex-celling in that role drives me the most. I try to motive people by showing them the long-term rewards of building their DubLi business.

Who has been your greatest mentor in your professional life? Why? My mentor has been one of my relatives. He taught me that if I am always compassionate and

How important are personal values in life and business? To which ones do you hold onto and why? Describe how you lead by example.My personal values are central to who I am and what I aspire to become. I believe per-sonal values are a strong guiding force to point people in the right direction in life. The per-sonal values that drive me the most are: gener-osity, philanthropy, excellence, helping society and cooperation. I believe these values have helped me be a better human being and are a great source of pride.

What do you do to celebrate new achievements or successful days?I believe it is important to reward yourself for every achievement whether big or small. The mind needs evidence and/or proof to continue to reap the benefits of a successful model. Af-ter a major success, I typically take a vacation with family and friends. For more moderate successes, I am quite content treating myself to a piece of chocolate.

When you look out 5 years into the fu-ture where do you see yourself and your DubLi Network business?

Given the growth and success of my DubLi business, thus far, in such a short period of time, five years seems like a long time to project into the future! On a more se-rious note, five years down the road, I see myself as a SVP with a worldwide network, semi-retired and the proud owner of a pri-vate villa at the infamous DubLi Golf & Beach Resort on the Cayman Islands. I see myself completely self-supporting and able to pursue my innermost desires which in-cludes spending more time with my family, taking long vacations to many famous and exotic destinations, travel on cruise liners for pleasure voyages and frequent trips to the Cayman Islands. My plans include gen-erous contributions to my favorite charities, assisting struggling entrepreneurs financial-ly to help them launch their projects, build-ing a huge statue of lord Shiva in my native place, funding projects for the betterment of my people my from native home, among others. I keep my team motivated by shutting down negativity before it begins and instilling hope. I am very careful to whom I give the keys to my brain. My greatest mentor has been a gentleman by the name of Buck Reed. He taught me how to be successful and grow an enormous team. He taught me the value of good, sound training. Buck would call me ev-ery day and remind me that “The best trained sales force always wins.”

My core values are derived from the United States Marine Corps. They are Honor, Courage, and Commitment. I hold onto them all equally. They are all pre-requisites for success. In order to lead, you must be a man of honor and integrity, even if it means stating that you made a mistake. It takes a vast amount of courage to be a servant leader. I also have to build courage in my team-mates, as I build them into quality productive leaders. This means letting them know that it is ok to be scared at times, but that you must have courage. Courage is not the absence of

fear, but the ability to endure. We must lead by showing our commitment first, and then our team will follow with their commitment. Commitment is a key, pivotal component in an individual’s personal development.

What do you do to celebrate new achievements or successful days?

I acknowledge my team’s minor successes, as well as their major promotions. I try to never make it about me, but always about the team and what we are all doing and accomplishing.

When you look out 5 years into the fu-ture where do you see yourself and your DubLi Network business?Once again, I do not look at where I will be in 5 years. What I do see is our team with 5 SVP’s and 5 houses on Grand Cayman. I also see our company, DubLi Network, as the largest and fastest growing company in history.
