How Dialock Hotel works
Dialock Hotel is a touch-free identification and locking system. It replaces the combination of mechanical keys and locks completely and offers a significantly greater range of functions. Dialock is very flexible and can be extended at any time, from one tomultiple users. The Dialock Hotel identification and locking system ismade up of four basic components:
• Electronic keys
• Dialock door terminal - DTSH
• Dialock wall terminal - WT
• Encoding station
Conventional keys are replaced by electronic keys. The keys contain amemory chip on which user data and access authorisations can be stored.
Dialock Hotel can be installed as a basic version or as an Online version for larger projects. In the Online version, the central locking terminal is located in the main office with central shutdown option incase of any emergency.

Convenient for guests and staff - Dialock Hotel combines maximumconvenience and security for all guests at minimum cost and effort tomanagement. This is because access authorisations to the doors ofyour building can be conveniently granted and managed at the entrance. For each room, and also the main entrance, staff entrance,delivery entrances, lift and underground car park. Access authorisations are easy to program and can be flexibly adapted at any time.
• Convenient: Central administration of access authorisations for guests, employees and external staff.
• Secure: No unauthorised access is possible, since each key is unique.
• Economical: Investment pays for itself within a short time as granting locking authorisations is done in a flexible way.
• Low maintenance: battery operated
• Can be retrofitted: Any time at all existing doors
• Expandable: Additional components can be added at any time
• Open for multi-applications: Other product providers can be integrated (e.g, integration of time recording, canteen with cashlesspayment , multi-storey carpark etc.). A single key medium for wide variety of applications.
• Dialock also helps you save power: all circuits can be shut off whenthe room is unoccupied
1. Hold programmed key close to door or wall terminal.2. A signal will be sent to the terminal whichunlocks the lock(s) it is authorised.Thenopen the door, cabinet door, safe etc.3.Closing the door will automatically re-lock it.
The use of Dialock does not end at the room door. All otherdoors can be integrated: the lockable room cabinet and furniture safe, the underground garage entrance and the lift.
Complex solutions are implemented with network partnersand hotel software providers.
