About the ROLL IT Program
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - DPWH ConvergenceProgram or better known as the Roads Leveraging Linkages of Industryand Trade or the ROLL IT Program was formalized through a MOA signingon November 29, 2016. Through the efficient and more coordinatedefforts between the DTI and DPWH, the ROLL IT Program aims to identify,prioritize, and implement road access infrastructure leading to variousindustries and economic zones in a technically-correct and politically-participative process. During its first-year, the ROLL IT Program amassed aPhp 12.3 B budget with a total of 229 projects amounting to 492kilometers worth of road projects for FY 2018.)
