Background Information

Desert Technologies

• Desert Technologies’ (DT) capabilities, & proprietary intellectual rights, will derive from DT’s recent acquisition of the solar PV manufacturing machinery, technology, and services support of Sunlogics Plc (SLX) , an established UK based solar energy solutions provider.

• SLX has signed several agreements with General Motors (GM) granting Sunlogics the opportunity to design, develop, install, finance and operate solar installations on GM facilities worldwide exclusively. GM is a strategic investor in Sunlogics.

• SLX also has a partnership with Energizer for joint development and licensing of solar energy projects.

• SLX and Tremco decided to join forces to deliver a “SOLAROOF Plus” Program which combines a solar PV electric power generation system & TREMCO Professional Roof Care services.
