Whether asbuilting, locating or staking

points in the field, along an alignment or

inside a digital terrain model, the tablet

solution allows the user the versatility to quickly stake/verify/record the information

from the plans and field.

The solution consists of the DT391 tablet and MicroSurvey’s Field Genius soft-

ware combination, the end user can use the DT391 on-board GPS or external

GPS antenna to obtain resource/survey grade positions and capture the real-time

measurements on the go. With the “GIS Feature” the end user can attach GIS

asset tags to their data to provide an even more detailed description of the asset

for collaboration.

The 391 is a customizable tablet running Windows 7 OS with the processing pow-

er of a laptop computer that is Rated IP65 and MIL-STD-810G design to give the

user versatility in the field and office to run the data collection software as well as

office software programs in the filed. With the wireless connection or 3G/4G mod-

ules the user can stay connected with clients and co-workers to receive or send

information from the field to the office.
