Attire2-3 Dance & Tumble: 3 6 Ballet, Tap, Tumble And 6-7
Ballet, Tap, Pre-Jazz:
Black leotard, pink footed tights, Black leotard, pink footed
tights,pink ballet shoes. Any Skirt/tutu Optional pink leather
ballet shoes, white taps. Any Skirt/tutu Optional.
Level 1-5 Ballet, Tap, Jazz Combo:
Black Leotard, pink convertible tights, pink canvas ballet
shoes, black split sole tap shoes (Mary Jane
acceptable for Level 1), black gore jazz shoes. Optional Jazz
pant/shorts and ballet skirt.
Acrobatics: Biketard, dance clothes with convertible tights, or
shorts & t-shirt tucked in. No shoes
Ms. Angiehas danced for 28 years in Union Parish and
participated as a student assistant/teacher at HeathersSchool of
Dance and instructor at Farmerville Dance Academy teaching ballet,
tap, jazz, tumbling, andcompetition classes. She is a graduate of
Louisiana Tech with a B.A. in English & a certified active
member ofSADM and Dance Teachers United where 9 years of
competition have earned teams and solos high scores andoverall
awards. Along with Jayne Smith-Green, she has coordinated the local
fundraiser Dancing with theStars: Union Parish Style, teaching
local celebrities and dance partners competitive routines for the
enjoyment
and enrichment of our community to benefit organizations &
facilities including the Union Humane Society,American Legion,
Lions Club, and VFW.

About Us!The Dance Studio of Union Parish
has been sharing the joy of dance
and tumble since 2005
We are a recreational studioproviding dance and tumble fun,
educational classes to ages 2 and up
of all skill levels in a safe
environment. We are also proud to
offer our students yearly Christmas
observation week, an annual spring
recital show, several community
performance opportunities, and
older students even have theopportunity to attend
competitions,
conventions, and intensive
workshops with organizations such
as Dance Teachers United,
Southern Association of Dance
Masters, and Twin City Ballet
Company.
Our Goal is to provide a high quality
of dance/tumble instruction while
nurturing students grace, creativity,
individuality, strength, and social
skills while giving everyone a place
to belong without fear of
rejection. Instructors are certified in
ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics by
