Western Container Corporation: Tolleson, 2002 -‐ 2011 General Manager: Jul 2005 -‐ Aug 2011 • Empowered, supported and supervised a staff of 8 department managers and direct reports. • Managed total operations for 288k square foot PET facility, 98 employees, and assets totaling $55M. • Supplied all water and sparkling brand bottles for Coca-‐Cola Refreshments for entire Southwest region totaling 460M units annually.
• Developed strategic relationships with Coca-‐Cola Refreshments and supply chain partners through product line redesign and quarterly performance meetings.
• Planned, prepared and executed annual operating budget ($7M) and annual capital expenditures ($3M).

Injection Department Manager: Jan 2002 - Jun 2005 • Managed 24/7, 4-‐shift injection department of 12 machines, 4 Production Coordinators, Technical Manager, and 20 hourly production technicians.
• Responsible for ordering all incoming raw materials ($50M) and supplies ($1M) for entire department. • Superintended successful start-‐up of the world’s largest 192 cavity Netstal injection machine, four 144 cavity Netstal, 96 cavity Netstal, and six 96 cavity Husky machines.
• Coordinated and supplied preforms for our internal blowmolding department and west coast facilities producing over one billion preforms annually.
• Generated $190k annual savings through staffing reductions by analyzing time studies, labor rationalization, and automation.
