The HEISLER fully automatic drum palletizer, with itsheavy-duty capability to gently handle large volumecontainers, offers flexibility and productive power inpalletizing operations. The pallet hopper and dispensercontrol the stack from the bottom pallet with virtually jam-proof operation. Palletizer is cable of Speeds of up to 6drums per minute. Pallet pattern changes and sizeparameters can easily be adjusted to handle a variety ofcontainers, from kegs, large shipping containers, milkcrates and bread trays.

Manufactured by Heisler, the machine includes only thefeatures that you need. Many standard options areavailable along with any custom design requests.

Heisler offers a host of solutions for your containerhandling needs including lid placing, handle/lid/bungorientation, lid sealing, lid detection, and palletizing.

Drums are fed along a powered Chain driven live rollerinfeed conveyor to a pusher which then moves thedrums onto the loading platform. A Pallet is fed from thebottom of the hopper to beneath the loading platformwhere a row of drums, which have been formed, are thentransferred onto the pallet. The pallet is then moved tothe next position and the process is repeated until thepallet pattern is complete.
