Continuous liner filling head type CHANDOUT
Due to a special folding method a liner package with up to 50 m (special type with 80 m) of liner can be provided, centrically to the product outlet. The liner is pulled from the stock, flattened out against the inner side of the drum, inflated slightly and then filled with product. During normal operation the filling is contamination-free. No crosscontamination occurs.

The liner is available as a folded package with antistatic material characteristics and FDA certificate or as electrically conductive black liner.
The changing of the liner stock is contamination-free.
The liner stock is reusable.

CONTAMINATION-FREE LINER STOCK CHANGE
Stock is empty.1 Move the clamping ringinto the lower groovefixating the liner end.
2 Pull down the hinged counter ring.

Remove the emptycarrier.
4 Put a new liner package onto the carrier.
5 Fixate one end of the liner by a clamping ring in the upper groove.

Pull down the other end of the liner and closeit with the closing tool.
7 Remove the lower clam-ping ring and the oldliner. Close twice.
8 Cut the liner in between the two clips.
