We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves as a part of Shumuk
Group, a fully owned Ugandan company having the operational name
Simba Automotives Ltd for the automotive vertical.
The concept to be present in the automotive vertical was always
our prime objective. To a large extent, we always wanted to do
something different than the other existing automotive companies.
With the blessing of the God Almighty and well-wishers, we entered
in the apropos business with a dream of production line, something
different than what others are doing.
Our dream is to create maximum employment opportunities for our
fellow countrymen which seems achievable through our next step
towards production. Having a distribution network or an assembly
line for the CKD operation, the scope of employment creation is
lessened but a production line will not only be a part of National
growth by creating job opportunities but also create export
opportunities in the EAC region and thus increasing the inflow of
foreign exchange into our robust economy. Considering all these
factors, we are coming up with complete motorcycle chassis
manufacturing plant in Kampala, Uganda.
The complete business plan along with the ramp up volumes are
attached for your perusal. Also other necessary investment details
are attached for your reference.
We would like to request your valuable inputs and guidance
regarding this proposal in order to make us more enabled for the
apropos cause.

accordance for duty remission on the import of CKD motorcycles and
scooters.
