operations in China. I was also involved in ActionAid’s projects in Shandong and Hebei provinces (Oct 1998).

Consultant for UNDP Led the project formulation mission on 10 micro-finance projects across eight provinces in China (Aug–Sept 1997).

Consultant for Winrock International Acted as academic adviser for a capacity-building program for training leading

agricultural economists and policy analysts in China (June–Aug 1997).
