The key to customer success depends on how medical reps are able to build trust and establish credibility about their knowledge of medical conditions and the recommended product’s appropriateness, safety, and veracity. It is, hence, not only vital to upskill the reps on the products & on their selling skills but also on medical conditions, systems of the body, medications, and dosage. CHALLENGE: • Make Emcure’s product & medical information easily & quickly available for 500+ distributed medical reps. This information should be in a format that makes it easy to consume and reinforce Customize content for different functions within the organization SOLUTION: SmartQuest made learning easier and more accessible for Emcure’s medical reps by providing them with lessons and quizzes that were available anytime and anywhere. The authoring platform allowed Emcure to add a variety of content ,ranging from customer handling to details about medical conditions, product details, etc. It was able to support a variety of file formats, templates, and information types.
