Design Guideline Changes: Amended at the BOD meeting on December 28

th, 2007

5.2 Driveway Entrance

Driveways shall not exceed 20 feet in width at the property line, and a maximum of 16 feet wide on

the Lot as shown on the Access Envelope, except as approved for parking and turnaround areas.

Only one driveway entrance will be permitted for each lot.

Chimney Caps

The height of the chimney caps will be decided by the Architectural Review Committee at the time

plans are reviewed.

5.2 Driveway Entrance

Driveway entrance to be only appropriately colored interlocking concrete paver, natural stone and

flagstone as the only acceptable driveway material. Removing embossed concrete, exposed

aggregate and colored concrete from the approved material and also removing the sentence

“Feature stripes of separate materials and special aggregate in exposed aggregate concrete will be

review on a case-by-case basis”.
