Founded in 1920, Maison Lenoble is one of the few Champagne Houses that is still entirely independent and family-run, today headed by Anne and Antoine Malassagne, the great grandchildren of the founder. !Of the 320 villages that make up Champagne, only 17 are classified as Grand Cru and 44 Premier Cru. It is precisely on this land of exceptional quality that stands the 18 hectares of Maison Lenoble vines, in Chouilly and in Bisseuil. These unique grapes go to make rare wines of great finesse with their dosage reduced to the minimum to sublimate their naturally fresh, elegant qualities. !Anne and Antoine Malassagne refuse to sacrifice quality for volume and limit their yearly production to 400,000 bottles. Winemaking in casks and sealing bottles with staples are techniques that continue to be used at Lenoble, alongside the latest generation of stainless-steel vats. !Glass 30

Cigars !!Bolivar Petit Coronas 20 !In common with all Bolivars, this small gem is richly flavored, so well balanced and exquisitely crafted. Toasted cinnamon, spice, leather and a citrus tang smoothed to a creamy finish, all combine to make this such a delicious little number. !!Cohiba Coronas Especiales 57 !Delicate, quite aromatic, with an excellent texture and a rather milder cigar from the famous Cohiba range, the Coronas Especiales is ideal for a leisurely day time smoke, or for someone just embarking on the habanos adventure. !!Cohiba Robustos 77 !Truly, one of the greatest Robustos available, strong and complex, yet very well blended. Rich, so smooth, a heavenly cigar! !!Cohiba Siglo II 44 !This little Mareva, or Petit Corona, has a sober and honest disposure. Made from the finest Vuelta Abajo tobacco, the Siglo iI is inviting to look at, tender to touch and very enticing to the nose. An occasional resistance on the initial draw quickly leads into a steady burn. White pepper and Cohiba's trademark grassy qualities are clearly apparent in the first half of the smoke, the second and third tier release cocoa and vanilla beans on to the palate through an impressively thick smoke. This Petit Corona is a great work-out for the palate and a true example of the Cohiba "blend master's" diligence. !!Cohiba Siglo VI 76 !Launched to commemorate ten years of the Siglo series, this cigar is unctuously rich in complex flavors and is indisputably one of Cuba's finest cigars. Virile and refined, this habano spills out creamy notes of leather, cocoa and sweet spice. The power of the Siglo VI is transitional but never obtrusive, a gracious journey. With age, these cigars will mature with the grace of a vintage Rolls Royce. An indispensable must for any aficionado.

Cigars !Hoyo de Monterrey 32 Petit Robusto !They are a little young and a little inconsistent but they are a quality piece of Habanos handiwork. They will develop well and are a mix of flavor between the HDM Epicure 2 and the Partagas Short. The draw on all the cigars is superb…if a little easy. !!Montecristo No. 5 23 !Short in size, this Montecristo No.5 is an accessible cigar and perfect for smoking on the run. Punchy, full of floral notes and vanilla wisps the No.5 has an underlying bitterness which is pleasantly reminiscent of cedar wood. !!Partagas Serie D No. 5 48 Edicion Limitada 2008 !Small and yet powerful, this cigar gives an explosion of flavor on the palate and at the back of the nose. Rich, top quality tobacco, dark chocolate and strong coffee all mixed together in this veritable little flavor bomb. !!Por Larranaga Petit Coronas 21 !A delightful petit corona that is so smooth, full of spicy nutmeg, with caramel and vanilla notes and a decidedly floral hint to the aroma. This velvety cigar is rich in flavor without being either overwhelming or harsh. Quite unique. !!Romeo y Julieta Duke 63 Edicion Limitada 2009 !This new size will be delighting the senses of the true Habanos lovers in a delicate combination of passion and excellence.

White Grapes Maison Kerlann Chablis 2010 130 (France) Varietal: 100% Chardonnay !The Chablis region is the northernmost wine district of the Burgundy region. The grapevines are almost all Chardonnay, making a dry white wine renowned for the purity of its aroma and taste. The cool climate produces wines with more acidity and flavors less fruity than Chardonnay wines grown in warmer climates. This Chablis has a characteristic citrus nose, with aromas and flavors of lemon, nuts, pear, with just a hint of vanilla. An elegant, medium full-bodied white, with a very long finish. Beautiful with seafood dishes. !!Frankland Estate Isolation Ridge 140 Riesling 2012 (Australia) Varietal: Riesling !Riesling wines from the Frankland River region are renowned for their intense varietal flavors and crisp fresh acidity. Aromatics of ironstone flintiness and hints of kaffir lime with lifted floral notes define the wine. A generous mouth filling texture with an underlying tightness showing length, balance and focus gives the wine personality and direction. An extremely distinguished riesling that slowly opens up in the glass. Accolades: Wine Review Online 93 Wine Enthusiast 92 !!Santa Rita Medalla 140 Real Reserva 2007 (Chile) Varietal: Chardonnay 100% !A fragrant aroma of luscious, tropical fruit, creamy apple and honey are beautifully rounded out by soft vanilla and hazelnut undertones. Wonderful fruit flavors are enhanced by a pleasant acidity and sweetness. An outstanding Chardonnay, elegant and beautifully balanced, concluding in a complex, lingering finish. Perfect with fish with creamy seafood or black butter sauces, scallops. Accolades: Wine Enthusiastic 88/100 Wine Spectator 87/100 !!Bastianich Vespa Bianco 2009 210 (Italy) Varietal: 45% Chardonnay, 45% Sauvignon, 10% Picolit !A tightly wound balance of minerality and citrus, evolving over time into a more viscous expression of wildflowers, clover honey and mature pear. The palate sensations are more like those of a red wine. Its tannic structure and acidic backbone lend it no only immediate impact but also a long life. Great with roasted turkey, duck and pork. Also shellfish, especially lobster and scallops. And mushroom based dishes, like mushroom risotto. Accolades: International Wine Cellar 91

Red Grapes !Reserve de la Comtesse 250 2007 (France) Varietal: 12% Cabernet Franc, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot !The wines of Reserve de la Comtesse, like the Grand Vin, are known for their soft, feminine charm and due to the amount of Merlot in the blend they are supple, velvety and opulent. They have aromas of black cherries, spice, smoke, blackberries, plums and sandalwood. Robert Parker has endorsed the 2009 vintage as “the finest second wine they have ever made”. He has given this wine a score of 91-93 points and has also marked it as ‘outstanding’. Accolades: Robert Parker 87/100 Wine Enthusiast 92 !!Misha’s Vineyard Impromptu 140 Pinot Noir 2009 (New Zealand) Varietal: Pinot Noir 100% !Bendigo, where Misha’s Vineyard comes from, is rich with schist and limestone in the soils and combined with warm northerly and north-western slopes provide the ideal location for growing grapes. Vibrant ruby with a purple kiss, this Pinot Noir's red plum, blackberry and cherry stone fruit notes are overlaid by roast sage and vanilla pod. The complex mix of red and black fruits combine with some darker spice and roast meat notes on the palate which finishes with a peacocks tail of cherry stone, earthy licorice and cedar. Pairs well with either white or red meats, creamy sauces, and spicy seasonings. Also a wonderful match with sword fish or roast salmon. Accolades: Wine Expert Bob Campbel 85/100 !!Marqués de Cáceres Reserva 170 2008 (Spain) Varietal: Tempranillo 85%, Garnacha 15% !The Reservas are only produced from vintage classes or “Excellent or Very Good”. The Reservas are matured for 22 months in oak barrel from central France and for at least 2 years in bottle. Dark ruby red color. Dense bouquet combining toasted notes, tobacco and a hint of spices. Good structure with nice complexity in the mouth where mature fruit flavors give way to a touch of roasted coffee, chocolate and roasted spices. Good with all kinds of beef, tuna with spicy sauce, mature cheese. Accolades: Wine Enthusiast 90/100 Wine & Spirits Magazine 91/100 CINVE Miami 2011 Gold Medal

Red Grapes !Bastianich Vespa Rosso!! 210 2010 (Italy) 50% Merlot, 30% Refosco, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc !Vespa Rosso is uncommonly fruit-forward and structured for a "cold weather" red wine, and yet it retains many of the spicy, earthy notes that characterize Friulian reds. The extra effort made in both the vineyard (sharply reducing yields) and the cellar (small batch fermentation in tonneaux) helps elevate Vespa Rosso beyond the ranks of everyday reds. Great with steaks and braised red meats. !!Kaiken Ultra Malbec 130 2011 (Argentina) Varietal: Malbec 96%, Cabernet Sauvignon 4%. !Handsome ruby red colour. Outstanding and concentrated fruit, with beautiful aromas of red berries, black cherry and hints of tobaccos. A full-bodied wine. Round and velvety in mid-palate, with soft tannins. An added touch of vanilla and toast, followed by a long and smooth finish. Very, very elegant.
