Why Vine Rent?
• We saw the potential to deliver a number of benefits for both ourselves and also for you;– Expand the vineyard– Build stronger customer relationships– Allow people to own their own vineyard without
all the effort and cost– Create a vineyard community over the next decade– Take the vineyard to at least 20 acres– Be able to help meet demand with supply

How does it work?
• You rent one or more vine units (50 vines per unit) for 10 years
• Maintain them each year through a management agreement
• At harvest, grapes from your vines are picked and weighed to determine the potential number of bottles
• Wine is made at an agreed price per bottle• You collect the wine and enjoy• For personal consumption it is duty free

What do I get?
• When in production a vine unit we estimate will yield on average 70 bottles per annum
• That’s 490 bottles over 10 years• The most you could get per annum is 100 bottles• Regular newsletters• Vineyard visits• Annual wine release event• 10% off any other purchase

What does it cost?
• Charges are in 3 parts– The Vine Lease is £8.50 per vine– Annual maintenance is £1.88 per vine– Wine making charges are• £3.00 for white and rosé• £4.50 for red• £7.15 for sparkling

What does that mean?
• If we assume an average 70 bottles per annum when in production then the total bottle price to you would be;– White and rosé £5.78 - we usually retail at £8.00– Red £7.28 – we usually retail at £12.50– Sparkling £9.93 – we usually retail at £17.50

What happens at the end?
• The vines revert to the vineyard• Further vine rental can be arranged• Supporter loyalty will be rewarded
