For our annual community-wide contest, we’re asking artists to submit images of functional and/or sculptural drinking vessels completed within the last two years. Eligible vessels can encompass everything from functional tea cups, tumblers, pint cups, mugs, yunomi, rocks or whisky cups, sake cups, etc., to works that focus on the concepts of containment, nourishment, sharing, and community as they relate to drinking vessel forms.

To be considered, please submit the following by June 27, 2018:

• Up to five high-resolution (300 ppi) digital images on a CD or flash drive/USB memory stick

• Full-size color print of each image, printed on US Letter or A4 size paper

• Captions for all images

• Contact information (including email)

• Current artist statement and resume

Submissions arriving after the June 27 deadline will not be considered. Emailed submissions and submissions containing more than five images will not be considered. Please do not submit materials in binders or folders. Submitted materials will not be returned. Due to the volume of entries, we cannot acknowledge submissions. No phone calls please.
